Look Ma! No neutrals!

I’m sitting on the couch at my sister’s house listening to her sing opera and her husband attempting to keep up. Surprisingly, he’s not doing too bad. Lucy, their two year old, is playing with the DVDs and pretending to be a cat by meowing every couple of seconds, their eldest daughter Zoe is doing a spectacular job of avoiding the homework that she’s supposed to be doing and poor Peyton is watching a movie in bed because he’s got yet another cold. Dot, the miniature Dachsund, is in the backyard barking at something and the house still smells like the fish and sweet potato fries that we had for dinner. Lucy has a plastic sword now and appears to be protecting her baby dolls from some invisible foe. It’s an average day at the Cash house. I’m glad to have been a part of it.
