About this blog…

This is my fashion passion blog. One of my favorite things to do from the time I was a young teenager was to look at clothing catalogs and fantasize about all the different ways I could put the beautiful items together. So, the other day when my sister told me about her specific clothing dilemmas and asked for a little advice I was able to put my little fantasy game to the test. The best part is that I actually came up with an outfit that she loved. This got me thinking, how much fun would it be to start a blog that allows me to share my imaginings with the world? (or, you know, those random people that happen to stumble across my musings)

That being said my game has always had a certain set of rules. Rule #1: all items must be affordable (I am a starving, unpublished novelist after all) Rule #2: no outfit will be revealing (I was raised in a religious home but more than anything I like the warm, cuddly feeling of being well covered) Rule #3: for convenience sake all items will come from online shops, and lastly Rule #4: I must unquestionably adore each outfit.

So… yeah. If you’ve made it to the end of this somewhat long description, props to you and thanks for being cool enough to take the time.

Hi, I would like to say, I have really liked what I’ve seen here. I’ve just been looking through some of your ideas and really like them, especially the leather holster and spats or ‘Gaiters’ as I know them.
Strangly I’m a 21 year old guy who’s only concerns about clothes is ‘Does it do what I want it to do’ and ‘Will it last’
But I think this is a really great Blog and I’ll be giving a link to me sister who is also quite creative in the clothes and outfit type thing…what ever it be called.
I look forward to seeing any new ideas but I will say two things which I love and what I TRY to style myself on is Pirates and Steampunk.
If ye come up with any ideas i’d certainly be interested in haing a gander.
Well done again, with the page (and the rules, I agree with them all 😀 )

Thanks so much! I also love pirates and steampunk and I think it’s fun to put elements of different styles in an outfit. I haven’t tried giving a little steampunk flair to an outfit yet but that would be a fun challenge.
